Welcome to our chapter's cyberhanger! We are a rapidly growing chapter headquartered in Ogden, Utah with a very high percentage of active builders and flyers. Dreamers are welcome too!

Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month. The first meeting of each quarter is a visit to a builder's project, where we have the opportunity to see their progress, give encouragement, assistance, advice, or learn. We have the opportunity at these meetings to get some hands on training in various construction materials and techniques or learn tricks to build faster and better.

The second and third months of the quarter we meet on the campus of Weber University in room 201 of Lampros Hall. http://weber.edu/weberstatemap/ogdencampusmap.html These meetings are an opportunity to learn about regulations for aircraft construction, flight, maintenance, etc. or increase our knowledge of various related subjects, such as; aerodynamics, flight mechanics, performance analysis, pilotage, avionics, new aviation products etc. You name it, if it has to do with airplanes we will be talking about it.

We are active in the EAA Young Eagles program http://www.youngeagles.org/ and fly many youth during the year at no cost. If you are interested in participating in this program please, contact us.

The meetings are open to anyone with an interest in aviation. If your passion is aviation, you must join us. We are not a social club, but hanging out with "Birds of a feather" is fun and social.

Sincerely,

Rick Pewtress,
President
